• All sales and deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the items. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. So please feel free to contact Aghaa’ Hat Co. with your questions or concerns.

• Hat orders and payment of remaining balance must be paid and picked up or shipped to you within 15 days of completion of hat. If hat or service is not paid within the 15 days, hat is surrendered to Aghaa' Hat Co.
